Germania și Brazilia pregătesc o rezoluție la ONU îndreptată împotriva spionajului pe internet
Germania și Brazilia lucrează la pregătirea unei rezoluții a ONU privind protejarea libertăților individuale în contextul recentelor dezvăluiri referitoare la programul de spionaj internațional al Statelor Unite ale Americii, au anunțat vineri diplomați de la ONU, citați de AFP.
Rezoluția, ce ar urma să fie prezentată Consiliului pentru Drepturile Omului al Adunării Generale a Națiunilor Unite, nu va menționa însă în mod explicit SUA. Documentul va urmări să obțină includerea activităților pe internet în Pactul internațional asupra drepturilor civile și politice votat în 1966 de Națiunile Unite și intrat în vigoare în 1976 pentru a proteja drepturile individuale.
'Diplomați germani și brazilieni, și nu numai, s-au întâlnit astăzi pentru a discuta pe marginea unui proiect de rezoluție', a afirmat un diplomat european, prezent la reuniune. 'Scopul este de a transmite un mesaj celor care abuzează de sistem', a adăugat diplomatul respectiv, vorbind sub rezerva anonimatului.
Brazilia și Germania doresc ca internetul să fie menționat în articolul 17 al Pactului potrivit căruia 'nimeni nu va face obiectul unor imixtiuni arbitrare sau ilegale în viața sa privată, a familiei sale, a domiciliului sau corespondenței sale, nici al unor atingeri ilegale aduse onoarei și reputației sale'.
Germania și Brazilia nu și-au ascuns iritarea după ultimele dezvăluiri cu privire la practicile de spionaj ale americanilor ce le-ar fi vizat pe cancelarul german Angela Merkel și președintele brazilian Dilma Rousseff, notează AFP.

That these two powers work covertly together was explicitly revealed in the 'Madrid Circular Letter', a document captured by the Allies in the early 1950s en route from the Nazis' German Geopolitical Centre in Madrid, which was set up by the Abwehr in 1942 to plan for the post-war period and, if Germany was defeated, to develop a new methodology designed to reverse the outcomes of the defeats suffered by Germany in the First and Second World Wars.
This notorious document not only trumpeted the Nazi slogan 'Fur uns ist der Krieg niemals vorbei' ('For us the war never ended'), which we have repeatedly cited, but also contained confirmations that Germany's alliance with the West was false, representing no more than a temporary expedient, and that Germany's permanent interests lie in the East:

I suspect the NSA allegations about spying on other countries was leaked on purpose to discredit the Intelligence Community and for the US to appear like a grave threat to global security. Communists have thoroughly infiltrated the US.
Russia INCREASED espionage after the collapse of the USSR. That was proof that their collapse was staged for strategic purposes. So, Russia is allowed to spy, but the US isn’t allowed?

So, Rand Paul was concerned that an American would be taken out by a drone while eating an ice cream cone in front of a store or was he concerned about the Al Qaeda terrorists that were getting ‘pegged’ by drones overseas? Be realistic…
